AMAI Auto Care provides professional doorstep car maintenance and related vehicle support services at your home, office, or other agreed service location.

Service Area
We currently serve customers in Tiruppur, Avinashi, Karumathampatti, Palladam, and Annur and surrounding areas listed on our website.
Service availability may vary by location, time, technician availability, and road or access conditions. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule requests outside our service area or where safe access is not available.
Bookings and Appointments
Submitting the website booking form creates a service request, not a confirmed appointment.
Our team will contact you to confirm availability, service scope, and appointment timing. Emergency services are subject to technician availability and local conditions.
You agree to provide accurate contact, address, and vehicle information so we can respond to your request effectively.
Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are labour or service charges only unless otherwise stated. Spare parts, lubricants, engine oil, filters, batteries, AC gas, consumables, replacement components, and additional repair work will be charged separately based on vehicle make, model, and actual requirements.
The final service cost may depend on vehicle condition, parts required, additional work identified during inspection, and the services actually performed. A detailed estimate will be shared before any additional work is carried out.
Payment terms, invoices, and accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe and lawful access to the vehicle and service location
- Ensure the vehicle and surrounding area allow our technician to perform the requested work safely
- Disclose known issues, prior repairs, or special conditions that may affect service delivery
- Be available or arrange access for appointment confirmation and service completion
Inspection Reports
Where applicable, we may provide inspection findings or digital health reports based on the services performed.
These reports are provided for information and service documentation purposes. They do not constitute a warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
Service Limitations
We use reasonable professional care in delivering our services, but we do not guarantee that every issue can be identified, resolved on the first visit, or completed within a specific timeframe.
Response times for emergency requests may vary based on location, traffic, weather, and technician availability.
We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, hidden faults, or issues that could not reasonably be identified during the scope of service requested.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
We may reschedule or cancel a visit due to safety concerns, weather, technician availability, incomplete access information, or other operational reasons.
